Mobile, automated fruit and vegetable dehydrating and packaging system
This invention discloses a mobile Automated food dehydrating and packaging system. This system is mounted on a mobile container that can be taken into a food farm and do the de-hydration process on site. This will enable to reduce cost as well as to preserve the food quality and also help to reduce the food wastage. The food dehydration process is done via cold vacuum type of oven dry method. Filling and packaging is done via automated systems. The whole system is powered by an electrical generator and the whole system is mounted in a mobile container truck so that it can be driven to a required location. The power source is either the green solar panels or internal combustion engine type mounted on/attached to the same system.
