This is an excess rubber material tearing, trimming, and cutting tool that can be used for both manual and automated rubber tearing, trimming, and cutting operations, especially it’s designed for automated rubber layer tearing, trimming, and cutting operations. This single cutting tool has two separate parts; those parts can engage together, and then it becomes a single cutting tool. Those two parts of the cutting tool have been designed for the special requirements. A Triangle-shaped cutting edge has been designed in upper part of cutting tool which can easily tear the rubber materials. The lower part of cutting tool has a smooth slotted groove, which helps guide the correct way to engage those two parts of the cutting tool and helps to tear the rubber materials as well. Both tools have an inclined shape on the back side of the tools to prevent damage the tool and rubber layers. In addition, this cutting tool has forward and reverse cutting options, where the reverse cutting option helps in emergencies. The tools can be mounted vertically or horizontally by using mounting holes.
