The University of Moratuwa (UoM) has initiated licensing discussions with Romasha Engineering (Pvt) Ltd, a company that has closely collaborated with the Department of Mechanical Engineering. Romasha Engineering has been a key partner in supporting the development of the first phase of innovative projects led by Dr. Indoka Manthilake’s team, including the patented solar cooker, which is protected under an industrial design and is currently undergoing the patent filing process.
