UBLC, UOM Completed phase IV (Final) in first place among Sri Lankan State Universities

The University Business Linkage Cell, University of Moratuwa, successfully completed the World Bank’s final phase (phase IV) evaluation as the first university in Sri Lanka and was approved to release the final grant for UBLC, UOM. The total grant amount is 15 million rupees.

The evaluation is based on achieving the specific KPIs within the time frame set by the UBLC at the outset. Magicbit (Pvt) Ltd, Pristine Innovations (Pvt) Ltd, Thermal R (Pvt) Ltd, AGX One (Pvt) Lt, and the team Machine Vision based Fabric Quality Inspection System collaborate with us on this success.

Mr. Presanna S. Ekanayake, Attorney-at-Law, E W Associates, Mr. Sanjeewa Gunawardena, Executive Director, E B Creasy & CO PLC, Darley Butler & Co Ltd, and Laxapana Batteries PLC served as independent external evaluators for the evaluation.
