⦁ Hybrid Battery Cooling System

This invention provides a hybrid vehicle power battery external thermal management system. The system addresses the root of the power battery maintenance issue in hybrid vehicles which is the insufficient battery cooling mechanism. The system is installed in the vehicle as a completely external unit without making any changes to the inbuilt systems. This system creates a pipeline with the inbuilt battery thermal management unit of the hybrid vehicle. The air flow is filtered, accelerated and cooled up to a sufficient level by the system. Relevant steps are taken for efficient heat dissipation from the system. At the outlet of the external thermal management system, cooled air is directed into the inlet of the inbuilt thermal management system. The external thermal management system is operable in multiple modes which can be configured manually using the sliding switch on the enclosure design or using the custom developed mobile application.
